Leads the development and communication of design and format standards across new gym openings, refits, and enhancements. Reviews layouts, develops CAD plans, manages architects and consultants, uses member and operational data to improve spaces, and ensures designs meet quality, commercial, statutory, health and safety, and CDM requirements.

Analyse pricing performance, customer behaviour, and competitor positioning to improve acquisition, yield, and member lifetime value. Build financial models and business cases, plan and optimise promotions, evaluate experiments and incrementality, and provide commercial recommendations. Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Data Science teams while supporting AI-enabled pricing capabilities, scenario modelling, forecasting, and performance reporting for senior stakeholders.

Supports and progressively owns Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning systems, investigates finance-user issues, troubleshoots integrations and data flows using SQL, and delivers lasting improvements. The role translates finance requirements into system changes, contributes to implementations and upgrades, automates manual processes, explores AI opportunities, and coordinates with vendors and technical teams. It requires several years of enterprise systems experience, strong SQL and integration knowledge, analytical troubleshooting ability, and effective communication with nontechnical stakeholders.
