Leads design standards and development for gym openings, refits, and enhancements across a multi-site estate. Responsibilities include reviewing and creating CAD layouts, managing architects and consultants, using member and operational data to improve designs, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring compliance with statutory, health and safety, and CDM requirements.

Own pricing analysis and promotional optimisation across gym membership products. Build financial models and business cases, evaluate promotions through A/B testing and incrementality analysis, and provide commercial recommendations. Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Data Science teams to improve acquisition, yield, ROI, and member lifetime value. Support AI-enabled pricing capabilities and communicate performance insights to senior stakeholders.

Supports and progressively owns Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning systems, serving as the key contact for Finance users. Investigates issues, troubleshoots integrations and data flows using SQL, supports reconciliations, translates business requirements into system improvements, contributes to implementations and upgrades, automates manual processes, explores AI opportunities, and coordinates with vendors and technical teams.

Analyze gym trading performance, member acquisition and retention, location performance, product performance, and member behavior. Build dashboards and reports, answer ad hoc business questions, and communicate actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role supports commercial decision-making across growth, property, and product teams.
