The role supports commercial decision-making across growth, property, and product teams.

Leads full-stack development across multiple value streams, setting technical direction and overseeing quality and delivery. Designs Azure cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, Service Bus, APIM, Key Vault, and infrastructure-as-code. Mentors engineers, governs AI-assisted development, promotes TDD, SOLID, event-driven architecture, serverless, and DevSecOps practices, and collaborates with Product, UX, Architecture, and external engineering partners.

Analyze digital performance data in GA4, build dashboards and recurring reports, monitor data quality, investigate tracking anomalies, and translate findings into actionable insights. Collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, CRM, and an analytics agency to improve tracking, website conversion, member acquisition, and digital experiences. Support connected customer behavior analysis across website and mobile app while helping develop more effective digital data practices.
