The Grove en Español Ministry Coordinator is responsible for administrative oversight, ministry leadership, communication, and cultivating spiritual growth within the local Spanish-speaking community.

The Discipleship Coordinator supports spiritual growth in the Spanish-speaking community by overseeing small groups and Bible studies, recruiting leaders, and mentoring them. This role also fosters relationships within the church community and aids in developing new teachers for Bible studies.

The Preteen Ministry Assistant Director supports the Preteen Ministry Director, manages administrative tasks, provides spiritual leadership, and engages with students, staff, and volunteers.

As an Athletic Official, you will referee league games, ensure knowledge of game rules, and maintain a professional demeanor. Responsibilities include promoting sportsmanship and modeling Biblical principles in interactions with participants.

The Young Adults Ministry Worship Leader leads worship services, mentors young musicians, schedules worship teams, and participates in ministry leadership and development.

The Preteen Ministry Worship Coordinator leads worship services, trains musicians, manages AV tech, and participates in ministry leadership to support 5th and 6th graders in their faith journey.

The Executive Pastor of Ministry/Operations will oversee staff and operational initiatives, develop ministry strategy, and provide pastoral care, ensuring alignment with the church's vision.

The Project & Content Manager oversees communication initiatives by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, coordinating content, and providing administrative support to the Communication Team.

The Events Tech provides audio and video support for external events, including mixing audio, setting up media, and operating video equipment.

The Preschool Sub assists in classroom activities, ensures children's safety, supervises playtime, and fosters spiritual growth among students while working with staff.

The App Manager & Copywriter is responsible for managing The Grove App's messaging, writing church-wide communications, and ensuring theological alignment.

The Ministry Support Staff assist in the setup and maintenance of church facilities, ensuring they are ready for services and events while providing hospitality and light cleaning duties.
