Teams at The Grove Community Church

The Ministry Support Staff assist in the setup and maintenance of church facilities, ensuring they are ready for services and events while providing hospitality and light cleaning duties.

Lead weekend guest experience and volunteer teams, manage connection points and guest follow-up, recruit and train volunteers, and plan/execute large community events (2,000–8,000 attendees). Oversee systems for guest tracking, support retention initiatives, attend planning and staff meetings, and cultivate spiritual growth aligned with the church's Statement of Faith.

The Grove en Español Ministry Coordinator is responsible for administrative oversight, ministry leadership, communication, and cultivating spiritual growth within the local Spanish-speaking community.
