Provide family practice care as a licensed Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in an acute care hospital setting. The role includes seeing 10–12 patients during four-hour blocks, working 8- or 12-hour shifts, and participating in Saturday rotations. Major holiday coverage is not required.

Serve as Multi-Site Medical Director for two additional offices, supervising eight providers and delivering high-quality healthcare. The role requires an experienced New York-licensed physician, evening availability, and a flexible schedule. Spanish-language skills are a plus.

Provide emergency department and family medicine care in a 19-room tertiary care hospital. Work full time in 9-hour shifts, covering approximately 15 shifts monthly, with support from physician extenders, radiology, laboratory services, and medical transport. Candidates must hold an MD and Vermont license and be board certified or board eligible, with ABEM certification and clinical experience preferred.
