Provide holistic nursing care in a long-term care/assisted living setting: admit/transfer/discharge residents, administer medications, supervise nursing unit staff, complete assessments and documentation, coordinate with providers and families, participate in care planning, maintain safety and sanitation, and support clinical programs such as wound care and infection control.
