Greets and assists visitors, residents, callers, and vendors; manages telephone communications, visitor records, resident rosters, admissions paperwork, correspondence, filing, and office support. Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, processes small cash transactions, supports tours and resident orientation, responds to inquiries, documents concerns, and communicates facility policies. Requires professionalism, computer literacy, discretion, and the ability to work with elderly or disabled residents.

Answers and routes calls, maintains staff and resident records, processes admissions paperwork, protects confidential information, handles mail and basic cash transactions, supports office administration, and responds to resident and family inquiries. The role also assists with facility orientation, maintenance requests, tours, and other business office functions while following applicable regulations and safety procedures.

Develop and manage community outreach and public relations to drive referrals and move-ins. Build referral networks, plan events, track contacts and reporting, collaborate with leadership and marketing to meet occupancy goals.
