Assists with planning and facilitating resident activities, events, outings, and enrichment programs in a senior living community. Promotes engagement among residents, families, and community groups; adapts activities to individual needs; supports transportation; documents participation; maintains activity spaces and supplies; and communicates resident needs to the Life Enrichment Director. Requires effective communication, computer literacy, flexibility for varied schedules, and the ability to work with elderly, disabled, and emotionally upset individuals.

Assists with coordinating and facilitating resident enrichment programs, activities, outings, and special events. Encourages resident participation, supports individualized engagement, coordinates with departments and community groups, transports residents to appointments and outings, documents participation, communicates resident needs, and maintains activity spaces and supplies. Requires effective communication, independent judgment, computer literacy, flexibility for varied schedules, and the ability to work with elderly, ill, disabled, or emotionally upset individuals.

Provides licensed practical nursing care to assisted-living residents across on-call shifts. Responsibilities include medication administration, assessments, care-plan updates, documentation, admissions and discharges, coordination with providers and families, resident safety, and supervision of nursing personnel. The LPN also supports inspections, infection control, wound care, quality programs, incident reporting, supplies management, and compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
