Directs sales and marketing efforts for a senior living community, managing prospects through the sales cycle from inquiry to move-in. Oversees CRM tracking, lead and deposit goals, referral relationships, marketing plans, events, budgets, inventory, staffing, recruitment, training, and department workflow. The role represents the community at professional events, supports census growth, supervises direct reports, and provides responsive service to residents and families.

Greets and assists visitors, residents, callers, families, and vendors while providing courteous front-desk service. Handles calls, visitor records, resident rosters, admissions paperwork, mail, filing, cash transactions, deposits, repairs, and business-office support. Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, communicates facility procedures, addresses inquiries, supports resident orientation, and identifies security concerns. Requires computer literacy, accurate recordkeeping, effective communication, and the ability to work with elderly, disabled, and emotionally upset individuals.

Manages all operations of a Rock Steady Boxing program for residents with Parkinson’s disease. Develops and leads exercise curricula, schedules classes, administers assessments, tracks participant progress, prepares equipment, manages inventory, coordinates volunteers, builds community partnerships, supports marketing, and addresses complaints. The role also requires continuing education on Parkinson’s disease, maintaining safe fitness-center conditions, and attending community events.
