Leads strategic client relationships, account health, retention, revenue growth, and executive communications across key accounts. Manages and develops Project Managers, establishes account-management standards, and coordinates with Sales, Finance, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Production, R&D, Engineering, and Warehouse teams. Oversees escalations, risk management, forecasting, profitability, client negotiations, and cross-functional process improvements while ensuring client commitments align with manufacturing capabilities.

Drive quality system improvements through data analysis, root cause investigations, CAPA implementation, validation support, risk assessments, and cross-functional collaboration to improve process capability and QMS effectiveness in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Review and approve batch records and COAs, evaluate manufacturing and quality data, manage deviations/NCRs/CAPA and change control, perform root cause analysis and risk-based decision-making, support audits and continuous improvement to ensure GMP compliance and product release readiness.

Supervise daily QA operations, lead QA personnel, coordinate quality workflows, review batch records and SOPs, support deviations/NCRs/CAPA/change control, lead investigations, support validation/calibration, audits, and cross-functional quality activities to ensure GMP and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate client projects from kickoff through delivery: maintain timelines and documentation, track deliverables, coordinate meetings and cross-functional communication, identify and escalate issues, and support process improvements.

Accurately weigh and mix raw materials per product specifications, follow safety and PPE protocols, document batching and inventory, report discrepancies, coordinate with warehouse, maintenance, supervision and R&D, and perform routine physical tasks including lifting and standing for shifts.
