Manage nursing home accounts receivable, resident billing, payor setup, census and authorization records, and HIPAA-compliant invoicing. Prepare private pay, Medicare, Medical Assistance, and third-party billing; maintain resident documentation; support cost reporting, financial analysis, and year-end audits. Communicate with residents, families, counties, and case managers to resolve Medical Assistance matters and ensure accurate authorizations and billing.

Leads the operation of an assisted living program, including resident assessments, care coordination, staffing, hiring, training, supervision, compliance, budgeting, food service, family communication, and quality-of-life initiatives. The director ensures adequate coverage, maintains a safe environment, supports admissions and transfers, promotes the program, and collaborates with clinical, social service, marketing, and outreach teams.
