Perform routine cleaning and disinfection of resident rooms and common areas, assist with laundry, escort residents to meals and activities, report safety concerns, and restock household supplies in an assisted living community.

Leads the operation of an assisted living program, including resident assessments, care coordination, staffing, hiring, training, supervision, compliance, budgeting, food service, family communication, and quality-of-life initiatives. The director ensures adequate coverage, maintains a safe environment, supports admissions and transfers, promotes the program, and collaborates with clinical, social service, marketing, and outreach teams.
