Provide HR administrative support across benefits administration, learning management and compliance training, safety program coordination, workers' compensation support, HRIS and payroll updates, onboarding backup, policy updates, and general HR clerical duties to ensure regulatory compliance and employee engagement.

Provide routine cleaning and laundry services, escort residents to meals and activities, restock supplies, clean and disinfect surfaces, and report environmental or safety concerns to maintain a safe, comfortable assisted living environment.
