Manage a portfolio of churches by providing ongoing communication, support, training, and guidance to sustain and increase engagement. Monitor participation metrics, unmet requests, and response activity; resolve issues; maintain CRM records; coordinate with onboarding, network development, platform support, and other engagement specialists; and contribute to process improvements and network strategy.

Creates original video and photography connecting donors with children, families, and local partners. Manages production from concept and pre-production through shooting, editing, asset organization, and final delivery across social, web, email, and events. Develops immersive storytelling formats such as VR/360, collaborates with marketing teams and field contractors, photographs apparel and lifestyle content, and travels periodically to domestic and international locations to build media capabilities.

Manages accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoice processing, payments, account reconciliation, donor and client invoicing, payment application, aging reports, and overdue balance follow-up. Maintains nonprofit financial records, supports audits and compliance, and collaborates with Development, Finance, IT, vendors, donors, and internal stakeholders. Uses financial software and CRM tools to improve workflows, reporting accuracy, and transaction controls.

Guide new agencies through platform setup, onboarding sessions, and first request submission. Ensure agencies understand submission quality standards, complete milestones accurately, and feel confident using the platform. Follow onboarding playbooks, provide process improvement feedback, coordinate handoffs to the Engagement team after the first approved submission, and participate in network strategy meetings to address ecosystem issues and opportunities.

Manages cross-functional Advancement projects involving grants, proposals, reporting, contracts, compliance, and funder deliverables. Establishes timelines, owners, dependencies, and workflows; coordinates input from Finance, Data, Legal, Security, Product, and other teams; tracks deadlines and documentation; identifies risks and blockers; and drives completion. The role also develops reports, maintains centralized calendars, standardizes recurring processes, and improves systems for planning, communication, and accountability.

Lead accounting and fiscal management for the organization, ensuring GAAP compliance, internal controls, month/quarter/year-end close, audits, tax filings, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, contracts and vendor oversight. Implement financial systems and policies, manage third-party financial partners, and hire, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team while supporting cross-departmental financial initiatives.

Build and grow a local CarePortal network by recruiting and onboarding churches, agencies, and champions; maintain relationships; execute market strategy; track performance and CRM pipeline; represent organization at community events.
