Provide first-line technical and platform support to internal and external CarePortal users via Zendesk, email, and phone. Troubleshoot issues, submit detailed tickets to development, test new features, document feedback, identify trending problems, and support field teams, partners, and churches to improve platform adoption and usability.

Build and grow a local CarePortal network by recruiting and onboarding churches, agencies, and champions; maintain relationships; execute market strategy; track performance and CRM pipeline; represent organization at community events.

Lead national government engagement strategy to secure sustainable federal, state, and local funding for CarePortal. Build relationships with federal agencies and state child welfare leaders, shape policy, manage a small compliance/grants team, support field implementation, and create tools and messaging to scale Care-Sharing programs and ensure funding compliance and audit readiness.

Senior-level product engineer who owns end-to-end initiatives on a cross-functional trio. Builds and maintains backend services and multi-surface apps, practices TDD, drives discovery with prototypes, shapes solutions with product/design, mentors junior engineers, and ensures maintainable, well-tested production systems.

Lead local market strategy and grow CarePortal participation by building relationships with churches, agencies, and community partners. Recruit and enroll partners, maintain CRM pipeline and KPIs, represent the organization at events, and coordinate onboarding and engagement to strengthen the local care-sharing ecosystem.

Manage full-cycle recruitment and candidate screening using Paycom ATS, partner with hiring managers to forecast needs, source mission-aligned talent, oversee pre-boarding (offer letters, background checks), support new hire orientation, compile HR reports from HRIS, and lead other HR initiatives to ensure consistent culture and hiring processes.
