Provide first-line technical and platform support to internal and external CarePortal users via Zendesk, email, and phone. Troubleshoot issues, submit detailed tickets to development, test new features, document feedback, identify trending problems, and support field teams, partners, and churches to improve platform adoption and usability.

Build and grow a local CarePortal network by recruiting and onboarding churches, agencies, and champions; maintain relationships; execute market strategy; track performance and CRM pipeline; represent organization at community events.

Lead national government engagement strategy to secure sustainable federal, state, and local funding for CarePortal. Build relationships with federal agencies and state child welfare leaders, shape policy, manage a small compliance/grants team, support field implementation, and create tools and messaging to scale Care-Sharing programs and ensure funding compliance and audit readiness.
