Build and grow CarePortal’s San Antonio network by recruiting churches, agencies, champions, and community partners. Develop relationships, manage prospect pipelines, coordinate onboarding, track market performance in CRM, facilitate strategy meetings, and represent the organization at community and faith-based events. The role requires consistent in-person engagement, independent work, strong communication, and alignment with CarePortal’s mission and strategic objectives.

Build and grow CarePortal’s local network across assigned Tennessee counties by recruiting churches, agencies, champions, and community partners. The role develops relationships, manages a partner pipeline, executes market strategy, tracks performance in CRM, coordinates onboarding, and represents CarePortal at community and faith-based events. Success depends on consistent in-person engagement, trust-building, participant activation, and strengthening the local care ecosystem.

Manage a portfolio of churches by providing ongoing virtual communication, support, training, and engagement guidance. Monitor participation, requests, response activity, and network health metrics to improve church involvement and retention. Resolve customer issues, coordinate technical support, maintain accurate CRM records, support onboarding transitions, and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen network outcomes and improve engagement processes.
