Lead local market strategy and grow CarePortal participation by building relationships with churches, agencies, and community partners. Recruit and enroll partners, maintain CRM pipeline and KPIs, represent the organization at events, and coordinate onboarding and engagement to strengthen the local care-sharing ecosystem.

Lead accounting and fiscal management for the organization, ensuring GAAP compliance, internal controls, month/quarter/year-end close, audits, tax filings, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, contracts and vendor oversight. Implement financial systems and policies, manage third-party financial partners, and hire, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team while supporting cross-departmental financial initiatives.

Build and grow a local CarePortal network by recruiting and onboarding churches, agencies, and champions; maintain relationships; execute market strategy; track performance and CRM pipeline; represent organization at community events.
