Build and grow CarePortal’s local network across Boone and Cole Counties by developing relationships with churches, agencies, champions, and community partners. Manage a portfolio of churches through ongoing virtual communication, support, training, and engagement initiatives. Monitor participation, response activity, unmet requests, and network health metrics while helping churches improve sustainable involvement. Serve as the primary contact, resolve customer issues, coordinate technical support, maintain CRM records, support onboarding transitions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, engagement, and outcomes for children and families in crisis.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages recruiting, candidate screening, job postings, applicant tracking workflows, hiring-manager support, offers, background checks, and pre-boarding. The role also leads or supports new-hire orientation, HR reporting, performance management, and broader HR initiatives while promoting the organization’s mission and culture. This is an office-based position in Kansas City, Missouri.

Build and own integrated growth marketing strategies for commercial and nonprofit audiences. Generate apparel, partner, donor, and major donor leads through paid media, organic channels, email, web, and social. Manage customer and donor funnels, CRM data, attribution, A/B testing, landing pages, copy, budgets, and ROI reporting. Collaborate with sales, advancement, creative, technology, and data teams to optimize conversions and build digital systems from scratch.

Manage a portfolio of agencies after onboarding, serving as their primary support contact and increasing platform usage, request quality, and response rates. Monitor engagement metrics, resolve issues, track interactions in the CRM, coordinate with platform support and network leaders, and engage churches to help fulfill unmet requests. The role emphasizes relationship management, process consistency, proactive communication, and improving outcomes for children and families in crisis.

Own end-to-end product engineering initiatives across web, mobile, integrations, and backend services. Participate in product discovery, prototype technical solutions, shape tradeoffs, write production code and tests using TDD, maintain system quality, and manage cross-cutting integrations. Establish coding and testing patterns, resolve dependencies, mentor junior engineers, use AI tools responsibly, and ensure reliable, maintainable delivery in partnership with product and design peers.

Leads accounting and finance operations, including financial reporting, GAAP compliance, internal controls, close cycles, audits, tax filings, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, contract management, and financial systems. Oversees banking, insurance, audit, tax, and software partners; manages accounting and finance staff; and supports cross-departmental initiatives. The role partners with the CFO and finance committee while improving policies, processes, and organizational financial infrastructure.
