Build and grow CarePortal’s local network across Boone and Cole Counties by developing relationships with churches, agencies, champions, and community partners. Recruit and enroll new participants, manage a prospect pipeline, track performance in CRM systems, coordinate onboarding, and support local gatherings and events. The role requires consistent community presence, independent work, strong communication, and alignment with market growth strategies and organizational KPIs.

Manage a portfolio of churches through ongoing virtual communication, support, training, and engagement initiatives. Monitor participation, response activity, unmet requests, and network health metrics while helping churches improve sustainable involvement. Serve as the primary contact, resolve customer issues, coordinate technical support, maintain CRM records, support onboarding transitions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, engagement, and outcomes for children and families in crisis.
