Teams at The Global Orphan Project (GO Project)

Coordinates and facilitates staff onboarding, certification, and blended learning programs. Maintains and improves LMS courses, curricula, and learning resources; supports leadership development; collaborates with HR and cross-functional teams; and measures training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback. The role requires strong organization, adult-learning experience, facilitation skills, writing ability, technology proficiency, and alignment with CarePortal’s Christian mission and values.

Coordinates cross-functional Advancement projects involving grants, proposals, reports, contracts, compliance, and funder deliverables. Establishes timelines, owners, dependencies, and workflows; tracks deadlines and requirements; gathers input from internal experts; identifies risks and blockers; and ensures deliverables are complete and accurate. The role also develops reporting, maintains centralized records, standardizes recurring processes, and improves operational systems across teams.

Build and grow CarePortal’s local network by developing relationships with churches, agencies, champions, and community partners. Recruit and enroll new participants, manage a prospect pipeline, track performance in CRM systems, coordinate onboarding, and represent CarePortal at community and faith-based events. The role requires consistent in-person engagement, independent prioritization, market strategy execution, and relationship-building that strengthens local support for children and families in crisis.
