The Employee Relations Specialist serves as a trusted HR partner, advising managers on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, policies, and employment laws. Responsibilities include conducting workplace investigations, coaching managers, managing confidential information, supporting employee engagement and development initiatives, preparing HR metrics and reports, and promoting an inclusive organizational culture. The role requires strong HR generalist experience, conflict-resolution skills, HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of employment regulations.

Supports the Finance team with invoice and corporate card review, check and electronic payment processing, cash and check deposits, revenue reconciliation, journal entries, vendor communication, mail management, and general accounting administration. The role is part-time, in-office, and requires three eight-hour workdays weekly from September 2026 through January 2027.

Perform conservation treatments and technical studies on European paintings (15th–early 20th c.), assist with exhibition installation, loan and acquisition assessments, documentation, preventive care, materials research, and public engagement. Advise on framing, packing, storage, and use analytical techniques (XRF, radiography, microscopy).
