Provide excellent customer service at the in-store sales counter, assist customers by phone and in person, answer product questions, create material lists using takeoff software, manage time and priorities in a fast-paced retail building materials environment, and collaborate with team members to support sales and customer satisfaction.

Lead and develop an inside sales/store team to drive profitable growth. Manage sales, financials, staffing, training, inventory and pricing strategies, analyze trends and competition, enforce safety and LEAN processes, and deliver a customer-first experience.

Provide exceptional customer service at the inside sales counter, assist customers in-store and by phone, recommend building materials, solve problems, manage time and priorities, use basic computer and social media skills, and collaborate with the team to support sales and customer relationships.

Serve as the in-store face of Franklin Building Supply: greet and assist customers, answer questions, guide product selection, process sales, use basic computer and social media tools, prioritize tasks, solve problems, and support team operations while learning building materials.

Translate design concepts into precise cabinet drawings, material take-offs, and cost estimates; create 2D/3D renderings in Cabinet Vision; collaborate with sales, design, and production teams; review and revise drawings. No direct customer contact.

Fabricate and assemble custom textured-melamine cabinets by reading blueprints/CAD, operating woodworking machinery, creating jigs, performing quality inspections, and collaborating with engineers to meet production goals.

Fabricate natural and engineered stone countertops and backsplashes to company standards. Perform sink cutouts, read templates/labels, operate job-specific tools safely, maintain a clean workspace, communicate proactively with foreman and team, prioritize safety and quality, and assist with other shop duties as assigned.
