Handles behavioral health billing operations, including insurance claim submissions, prior authorization tracking, denied-claim investigation, invoice and voucher processing, Medicaid reimbursement reviews, and billing error resolution. Performs data integrity checks, reporting, compliance monitoring, audits, credentialing paperwork, and project coordination. Collaborates with clinicians, finance, IT, and program leadership to ensure accurate billing, regulatory compliance, and timely provider reimbursement.

Coordinates the Queens County Reentry Taskforce and serves as liaison among DOCCS, DCJS, parole offices, and community partners. The role manages referrals and reentry services, facilitates taskforce, case conference, and orientation meetings, oversees outreach and reporting, monitors contractual milestones, addresses service barriers and critical incidents, and supervises a case manager.

Supervises case management staff serving formerly incarcerated clients in transitional and permanent housing. Reviews assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, referrals, and benefits applications; provides clinical guidance, crisis intervention, counseling, and supportive services. The supervisor coaches staff, monitors documentation and performance, conducts evaluations, facilitates groups, prepares reports, coordinates with partner agencies, maintains databases, and provides 24-hour emergency on-call support.

Provides intake, assessment, individualized service planning, counseling, referrals, crisis intervention, and ongoing case management for participants in a supervised release program. Monitors court attendance and supervision compliance, documents client activity, enters data, advocates for services, collaborates with court and community partners, and supports clients with needs including housing, mental health, substance use, trauma, and domestic violence.

Supports a Gun Diversion Program by mentoring justice-involved participants through individual and group sessions, referrals, treatment planning, family engagement, pro-social activities, and community events. Monitors attendance and mandate compliance, coordinates interventions, participates in case conferences, and maintains collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. The role also requires ongoing training, strong facilitation, communication, assessment, organization, and database documentation skills.

Support programs by collecting and analyzing service delivery and outcome data, developing evaluation designs and logic models, monitoring performance, implementing CQI/QA systems, coordinating database/reporting needs with IT, conducting audits and client satisfaction studies, and producing recommendations to improve program quality and reporting.

Supervise case managers and manage a small caseload in the Supervised Release Program. Conduct intakes and assessments, develop individualized service plans, provide counseling, referrals, appointment reminders, crisis intervention, court appearance monitoring, data entry, and collaborate with court advocates and community partners to support justice-involved participants.

Supervise five CASAC counselors and oversee substance use disorder services in NYC correctional facilities. Conduct evidence-based screenings, therapeutic groups, harm reduction education, 12-step meetings, and occasional counseling. Review clinical documentation, monitor schedules and service completion, provide referrals, issue certificates, and coordinate with DOC, CHS, and Fortune staff. The role requires strong clinical documentation, communication, time management, EHR skills, and travel among correctional facilities.

Provide strategic leadership for communications, branding, media relations, digital engagement, and executive messaging. Oversee communications staff and consultants, produce publications and donor communications, support individual giving and major donor cultivation, and collaborate with senior leadership to grow Fortune's public profile and philanthropic support.

Support communications by creating and scheduling social media content, designing graphics and print materials, photographing and editing photo/video, managing email newsletters, analyzing engagement, maintaining calendars and shared assets, and assisting with events and website updates.

Lead internal program audits and chart/documentation reviews, report findings, and partner with program leaders to implement corrective actions. Develop QA tools, maintain audit records, support CQI initiatives, ensure data integrity for reporting, assist with funder/regulatory preparedness, and conduct special reviews as requested.

Provide clinical and administrative oversight of substance use disorder services, supervise staff, ensure trauma-informed, person-centered treatment, monitor participant progress and documentation, coordinate integrated care, support onboarding/training, assist with audits and quality improvement, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Provide intake, assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and case management for formerly incarcerated and homeless clients. Create treatment plans, assist with benefits and housing applications, coordinate referrals, document services in databases, facilitate groups, perform room inspections, and collaborate with internal and external partners to support client housing stability and reentry goals.

Support Communications Manager to identify and pitch stories, draft and edit blog/news content, manage editorial calendar and website press content, attend events for interviews/photography, assist newsletters and annual report, and coordinate media outreach and shared department assets.

Provide compliance support for the Supervised Release Program by tracking and reporting court-related compliance measures, drafting and sending daily court memos, maintaining case records in CIS, reviewing shift paperwork and calendars, performing audits of programmatic trends, assisting onboarding, and supporting case management staff.

Provide peer-based outreach, engagement, advocacy, and supportive services to individuals in behavioral health and substance use programs. Use lived experience to mentor, facilitate groups, make warm hand-offs to community providers, complete timely documentation, participate in MDT meetings, and assist with crisis intervention and transportation to appointments.

Lead Fortune's technology strategy and operations, oversee IT services, integrations, EHR and case management systems, data governance, cybersecurity, budgets, vendor relationships, and an IT leadership team to support organizational goals and reporting.

Facilitate Abusive Partner Intervention groups and provide case management including individual sessions, treatment plans, referrals, court reporting, attendance monitoring, toxicology testing, data entry, chart audits, and interagency case conferences. Support participant engagement and professional development while maintaining program standards.

Support Senior Controller and Director of Accounting to maintain internal controls, manage month-end close, oversee payroll/accounts payable backups, assist with government grants/contracts and claims, coordinate audits and tax filings (Form 990/1099), manage cash, property rental portfolio, insurance and retirement plans, and supervise accounting staff and vendors.
