Provide group facilitation for Abusive Partner Intervention, deliver individual case management and treatment planning, conduct assessments and toxicology screenings, manage documentation and court reports, monitor attendance and compliance, make community referrals, perform chart audits, and support team members to maintain program standards.

Provide pre- and post-release employment counseling, job search assistance, employer outreach and placement support for justice-involved individuals. Maintain records in Case Worthy, track outcomes, deliver job readiness training, collaborate with DOC and internal teams, and provide post-placement retention support.
