Leads payroll and benefits administration for 200+ employees, ensuring accurate bi-weekly payroll, benefits enrollment and billing, HRIS data integrity, compliance, audits, SOPs, training, and collaboration with HR and Finance to improve controls and processes.

Provide professional supervision of parent/child visitations and exchanges, maintain client safety, observe and document interactions, conduct child orientations, perform case management and administrative tasks, assist clients with paperwork, and attend meetings and trainings. Bilingual Spanish/English required; role requires evening and weekend availability.

Provide trauma-informed case management and crisis intervention for adult and child domestic violence survivors experiencing homelessness. Deliver individualized service plans, safety planning, referrals, court advocacy, group facilitation, documentation in client databases, and collaborate with community partners to support housing stability and independence.

Lead individual donor revenue by managing a major-gift portfolio, designing annual giving campaigns, driving donor cultivation/solicitations, stewarding supporters, and maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting to grow retention and revenue.

Provide trauma-informed primary and pediatric nursing care to survivors of domestic violence and their children. Perform health assessments, medication administration, wound care, vaccinations, documentation in EMR, care planning, patient education, and coordinate referrals with counselors and social services. Support clinic operations, inventory, and infection control while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic physical and emotional care.

Provide case management and supervised visitation services at a supervised visitation center for families affected by domestic violence. Conduct intakes, assess child and family needs, develop service plans, provide referrals, maintain records, coordinate with courts, and support site safety. Attend trainings and agency meetings; perform administrative tasks and occasional court appearances.

Supervise and observe parent-child visitations, maintain a safe environment, document observations and administrative notes, provide case management, client orientations, referrals, and participate in trainings and staff meetings.

Support fundraising and community engagement by coordinating logistics for signature events, managing guest lists and registrations, stewarding donors and sponsors, maintaining CRM records (Raiser's Edge), providing on-site event support, and assisting the Development team with administrative and cross-departmental project coordination.

Lead corporate partnerships and in-kind donation strategy, manage prospect pipeline from cultivation to renewal, coordinate cross-departmental intake and distribution of donated goods, maintain CRM records and reporting, and grow sustainable, multi-year corporate relationships to meet revenue goals.

Provide end-to-end HR support across employee relations, payroll/benefits, HRIS (Paycom) administration, leave and compliance (FMLA/ADA), investigations, reporting, recruiting/onboarding, and process improvement while partnering with HR leadership.
