Leads 24/7 domestic violence hotline operations by supervising, training, and scheduling counselors and PRN staff. Oversees call audits, quality assurance, documentation, performance metrics, compliance, policies, and process improvements. Provides trauma-informed crisis intervention, safety planning, referrals, and urgent situation support while maintaining confidentiality and survivor-centered service standards.

Leads corporate fundraising and in-kind giving strategy, builds and manages corporate prospect pipelines, secures and renews high-value partnerships, and coordinates donation solicitation, intake, acknowledgment, and distribution. Develops proposals, presentations, sponsorship fulfillment, and stewardship programs while collaborating with program, finance, operations, senior leadership, and Board members. Maintains CRM records and reports on revenue, pipeline health, in-kind value, and partner retention.

Owns individual donor revenue across major gifts, mid-level giving, and annual campaigns. Manages a major donor portfolio, develops cultivation and solicitation strategies, leads donor meetings and asks, and oversees stewardship and retention. Maintains accurate CRM records in Raiser's Edge, tracks pipeline health, analyzes campaign and giving data, and reports performance. Collaborates with senior leaders, board members, program teams, and development staff to identify opportunities and advance fundraising goals.

Supervise parent-child visits and exchanges in safe, neutral environments for families affected by domestic violence and custody disputes. Observe interactions, conduct child orientations, de-escalate conflicts, enforce court orders and safety protocols, and prepare objective documentation for legal and case-management purposes. Provide general case management and administrative support, maintain client records, collaborate with case managers and child welfare professionals, and attend required meetings and training.

Provide trauma-informed case management and crisis intervention for adult and child domestic violence survivors experiencing homelessness. Deliver individualized service plans, safety planning, referrals, court advocacy, group facilitation, documentation in client databases, and collaborate with community partners to support housing stability and independence.

Provide case management and supervised visitation services at a supervised visitation center for families affected by domestic violence. Conduct intakes, assess child and family needs, develop service plans, provide referrals, maintain records, coordinate with courts, and support site safety.
