Leads accounting operations in partnership with the CFO, overseeing general ledger activities, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, GAAP compliance, audits, internal controls, and Form 990 support. Supervises four accounting staff, develops team performance, supports budgeting and financial analysis, and leads process improvements and strategic initiatives in a nonprofit environment.

Graduate counseling or clinical social work interns provide trauma-informed counseling to youth and adults affected by domestic violence. Responsibilities include intake assessments, safety planning, individual therapy, psychoeducation groups, case coordination, confidential documentation, and participation in supervision, peer review, and professional development under licensed clinical supervision.

Supervise parent-child visits and exchanges in safe, neutral settings for families affected by domestic violence and custody disputes. Observe interactions, conduct child orientations, de-escalate conflicts, enforce court orders and safety protocols, and prepare objective documentation for legal and case-management purposes. Provide general case management and administrative support, maintain client records, collaborate with child welfare and legal professionals, and work flexible weeknight and weekend schedules. Bilingual English/Spanish communication, trauma-informed practice, and a valid Texas driver’s license are required.
