Lead end-to-end delivery of complex live, hybrid and experiential events. Own client relationships, interpret briefs, develop technical production and scenic solutions, manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and onsite crews, oversee fabrication and installation, produce technical drawings and risk assessments, and support business development and continuous improvement.

Senior leadership role accountable for strategic direction, operational performance, profitability and growth of the Scenic Fabrication department. Lead project management, workshop and installation teams, set KPIs, drive efficiency, safety and quality, manage budgets and stakeholder relationships, support business development and scale the team from nine to 15+.

Lead delivery of scenic fabrication projects from workshop to onsite installation, acting as senior onsite representative. Coordinate teams, contractors, logistics, and quality control while ensuring safety, RAMS compliance, and high build standards. Manage snagging, communications with workshop and suppliers, and handover, requiring calm, solution-focused leadership under pressure.

Perform scenic set fabrication and on-site installation for events and exhibitions. Work from construction drawings in workshop and on-site, using hand and power tools, diverse materials and machinery to deliver high-quality builds. Must hold PLI insurance.

Provide administrative and coordination support for scenic fabrication projects: raise purchase orders, manage bookings, assist scheduling, logistics, documentation, costing, and supplier liaison to ensure timely, safe delivery of multiple concurrent events.
