Paid multimedia internship supporting podcast, video, and social production. Assist with clipping, asset gathering, metadata, publishing, recording in Riverside, and editing in Premiere. Provide editorial and multimedia support to reporters, writers, and producers while learning newsroom workflows.

Execute an organic social strategy across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit: publish and schedule posts, create platform-native assets and clips, monitor and engage communities, surface audience insights to editorial, report weekly performance, and pitch new content ideas.

Run day-to-day membership growth: build and launch acquisition and lifecycle campaigns, manage email flows and paywall tests, optimize conversion and retention, respond to editorial traffic spikes, and maintain rigorous reporting to drive data-informed decisions.

Own execution of post-sale commercial partnerships: campaign setup, creative workflows, delivery monitoring, reporting, reconciliation, and partner servicing across newsletter, podcast, events, and other inventory. Maintain tracking systems, ensure quality control, coordinate vendors and internal teams, and build post-campaign reports to support renewals.
