Supervises Behavioral Health Specialists in a 24-hour acute treatment and detoxification setting. Responsibilities include supporting patient safety, admissions and discharges, safety and property checks, patient observation, de-escalation, staff scheduling, inventory management, milieu operations, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role maintains therapeutic boundaries, enforces program expectations, supports patient needs, and ensures staff follow organizational policies and procedures.

Provide direct support to clients with substance use disorders in a 24-hour acute treatment setting: monitor detox/recovery, assist with admissions/discharges, perform intakes and documentation, conduct safety checks and searches, facilitate recovery-focused groups, de-escalate crises, and support daily client needs while maintaining therapeutic boundaries and collaborating with interdisciplinary staff.

Provides comprehensive prenatal, postpartum, preventive, reproductive, and gynecologic care in an integrated OB/GYN practice. Reviews diagnostic results, coordinates referrals and transitions of care, supports telephone triage and after-hours coverage, and may participate in hospital deliveries, procedures, and obstetric emergency management. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and contributes to quality improvement, population health, research, grant, and community initiatives while maintaining accurate electronic health records.

Provides strategic, clinical, operational, regulatory, and financial leadership for a BSAS-licensed Clinical Stabilization Services program. Oversees multidisciplinary staff, residential treatment operations, compliance, quality improvement, patient outcomes, budgeting, partnerships, emergency response, and program growth. Ensures trauma-informed, culturally responsive, recovery-oriented care while maintaining licensing and accreditation readiness.

Provide clinical oversight and strategic direction for adult and child/adolescent psychiatry, deliver direct patient care and medication management, supervise clinicians and trainees, collaborate across integrated care teams, lead quality improvement and program planning, ensure regulatory and credentialing compliance.
