Provide initial assessments and care coordination for individuals seeking substance use and behavioral health services. Triage clients with clinical team, determine eligibility, make referrals, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and collaborate with community partners and internal providers to connect clients with appropriate resources.

Provide clinical oversight and strategic direction for adult and child/adolescent psychiatry, deliver direct patient care and medication management, supervise clinicians and trainees, collaborate across integrated care teams, lead quality improvement and program planning, ensure regulatory and credentialing compliance.
