Provides hands-on meal service in a skilled nursing facility, including preparing snacks and special feedings, setting up trays and tables, checking meal accuracy, clearing dishes, managing linens, rotating stock, and cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas. Performs vital signs, hygiene, feeding, transfers, ambulation assistance, catheter and ostomy care, medication reminders, wound dressing reinforcement, safety precautions, documentation, and communication of patient status changes.
