Supports department operations through phone and visitor assistance, records and filing maintenance, correspondence drafting, meeting and travel coordination, minutes preparation, office supply management, equipment maintenance coordination, administrative inquiry resolution, and departmental event planning.

Prepares and serves therapeutic diet trays to skilled nursing residents, sets up and breaks down dining tables, charts food and fluid intake, and communicates with residents about nutritional needs. The role requires English communication skills and understanding of measurements. Nursing home food service and senior-care experience are preferred.

Provides emergency medical and safety responses for residents, staff, guests, buildings, and grounds. Patrols the campus, performs resident welfare checks, maintains safety logs, responds to medical, fire, life-safety, and security incidents, handles minor maintenance emergencies, controls parking and building access, escorts residents and staff, delivers items, and transports employees between parking areas.
