Greet and assist field trip and reserved program visitors, manage group check-ins and lunch spaces using Doubleknot, monitor exhibit floor and supplies, run theater AV programming, maintain safety and cleanliness, support exhibit changeovers, and participate in trainings.

Greet and assist visitors at the science center desk, sell admissions and memberships, operate the POS, handle cash and opening/closing duties, answer phones, generate basic attendance/membership reports, support events and exhibit floor operations, and maintain safety, cleanliness, and emergency procedures.
