Embed marine nature objectives across business planning, investment, risk, and delivery teams; build partnerships, represent the organisation externally, drive innovation in finance and evidence, and oversee reporting, assurance, and horizon scanning to advance nature-positive marine management.

Lead The Crown Estate’s internal audit function, delivering risk‑based, high‑quality audits aligned to standards, overseeing co‑sourced providers, reporting to the Audit Committee and CEO, coordinating external assurance, and providing advisory recommendations to strengthen governance, controls and risk management.

Lead enterprise strategy for equity, talent progression and employee voice. Embed equitable design principles across talent, performance, learning and succession; identify and mitigate bias; strengthen internal mobility and talent pipelines; design equity programmes; align attraction and assessment with equity objectives; develop employee listening and people insight; advise senior leaders and oversee employee networks to deliver measurable, insight-led outcomes.

Lead inclusive, outcome-focused community engagement for major urban developments (primarily London). Ensure community insight informs project design and delivery, build trusted stakeholder relationships, manage reputational risk, deliver social value initiatives, collaborate with internal teams, manage external partners, and report on engagement outcomes and insights.
