Uses organisational psychology, behavioural science, workforce data and diagnostics to guide decisions and measure impact. Oversees leadership development, coaching, executive hiring governance and performance technology adoption while partnering with senior leaders and People and Culture teams to promote fair, evidence-based and sustainable organisational performance.

Oversee operational excellence and commercial performance across an offshore wind portfolio. Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, compliance, risk management, revenue and capital forecasting, contract assurance, process improvement, systems optimization, audit coordination, and valuation support. The role also drives continuous improvement, develops standardized processes, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and coaches Asset Managers to improve systems and operational effectiveness.

Leads customer strategy and operations across The Crown Estate’s Windsor and Rural portfolio, including visitor attractions, retail, hospitality, and leisure destinations. Owns commercial performance, P&L, budgets, forecasting, capital planning, customer experience, revenue growth, business cases, safety, stakeholder relationships, and team development. The role balances environmental and historic stewardship with premium service standards, operational effectiveness, and sustainable commercial growth.

Leads sustainability and nature recovery strategy across Windsor, rural, and coastal portfolios. Responsibilities include delivering net-zero and decarbonisation plans, managing sustainability and ecology teams, overseeing £20 million in environmental funding, developing budgets and business plans, tracking performance, providing technical expertise, building stakeholder partnerships, and promoting health, safety, inclusion, and team development. The role requires regular portfolio travel and strong knowledge of rural, coastal, farming, environmental, and sustainability matters.
