Leads the transformation and governance of document management across Portfolio Operations. Responsibilities include redesigning document libraries and controls, establishing metadata and retention standards, improving SharePoint and Microsoft 365, supporting legal and property records management, developing governance frameworks and KPIs, and identifying automation and AI-enabled search opportunities. Manage end-to-end procurement projects across varied categories, develop sourcing strategies and tender documentation, oversee compliant tender processes, support strategic procurements, maintain procurement pipelines, manage selected contracts, and embed sustainability, social value, governance, and auditability into procurement activity.

Lead strategic procurement across the enterprise by managing the procurement pipeline, shaping sourcing strategies, engaging suppliers, managing supply chain risk, embedding sustainability and social value, tracking procurement value, and mentoring colleagues. The role partners with senior stakeholders in a public-sector or regulated environment and requires expertise in UK procurement regulations, commercial standards, supplier relationship management, and complex end-to-end procurement.

Supports the Legal and Compliance Operations Director in building operational frameworks, workflows, service standards, reporting tools, and systems. The role drives digital and AI enablement, policy operationalization, process improvement, training, data management, stakeholder coordination, and departmental administration. It also line manages a team coordinator and promotes consistent, efficient, ethical service delivery across the function.

Lead end-to-end Finance Operations across accounts receivable, accounts payable, service charge and client accounting. The role oversees financial controls, operational risk, outsourced providers, billing, collections, payments and close activities. It also drives process standardisation, automation, digitisation and transformation, while developing teams, improving performance, supporting system implementations and providing insight to senior stakeholders.

Develop and evolve The Crown Estate’s Marine Strategy, aligning priorities with delivery plans and investment decisions. Lead strategic projects, assess risks and opportunities, synthesize complex evidence, coordinate cross-sector stakeholders, and prepare recommendations and briefings for senior executives. The role also supports Marine delivery routemaps, enterprise planning, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications.

Own the end-to-end customer capability roadmap across Dynamics 365, CRM, and related products. Define product vision, prioritise backlogs, make value and trade-off decisions, lead discovery and Agile delivery, and ensure customer-focused outcomes. The role partners with business and delivery teams, represents customer products in enterprise programmes, tracks benefits and insights, and oversees project budgets and resources.

Own financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and cost governance across portfolio operations. Track operational costs, service charges, recoveries, Capex, and operational voids; analyze variances; build dashboards and scenario models; and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders. The role also supports business partnering, audit readiness, financial data accuracy, automation, process improvement, and three-year planning.
