Develop and deliver B2B marketing plans for The Crown Estate's Urban portfolio to drive leasing demand and commercial outcomes. Manage agency relationships, marketing budgets, campaigns, events, and performance measurement, working with leasing, asset and property teams to support occupancy, customer engagement and brand-aligned activation.

Lead and deliver B2B marketing strategies and campaigns for urban development schemes (particularly London), translating leasing strategy into demand-generating brand, placemaking and commercial marketing activity. Manage agencies, stakeholders and budgets, measure marketing effectiveness and support leasing outcomes across workplace, hospitality and retail assets.

Provide high-level PA support to the Development Leadership Team including complex diary and inbox management, meeting logistics, minute taking, action tracking, travel and event coordination, expense processing, governance support, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of processes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Lead and deliver 1-2 major regeneration projects across London, overseeing design, planning, procurement, budgets, stakeholder engagement and multidisciplinary teams to achieve financial, social and environmental outcomes in line with the organisation's value framework.

Lead FP&A planning, forecasting and reporting activities, act as Anaplan super-user, consolidate budgets/forecasts and produce board-level performance packs. Deliver variance analysis, scenario planning and capital allocation support, partner with commercial and finance teams to improve forecasting, processes and financial decision-making.

Own and deliver the Marine Data Exchange (MDE): define customer data requirements, standardise and assure survey data, run gap analysis, manage data tools and system development, perform marine data science to generate insights, and build stakeholder and industry relationships to enable evidence-based decision making.

Lead stakeholder engagement for The Crown Estate's Marine SBU, developing and executing engagement programmes (including the 2050 Marine Delivery Routemap), managing relationships with marine and energy stakeholders, overseeing communications and crisis planning, measuring KPIs, and leading a team of engagement professionals to support marine strategy delivery.

Lead annual business planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts and scenario analysis. Own financial models, executive reporting and performance dashboards. Provide data-driven insight and constructive challenge to senior leaders on investments, pricing and returns. Drive consistency in KPIs and governance, collaborate with Finance, Data and Transformation teams, and lead and develop the FP&A team to improve planning and reporting capabilities.

Lead valuation governance and performance analytics for a large commercial real estate portfolio. Provide valuation expertise, challenge external valuers, produce senior-level reporting, support investment and asset management, identify market trends, and drive process improvement and automation using Power BI and AI-enabled tools while ensuring compliance with valuation and accounting standards.
