Lead change management for a finance transformation programme involving ERP implementation and Target Operating Model redesign. Develop change strategy, assess impacts, manage communications, lead training and capability building, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and track readiness, adoption, and training metrics. The role partners with finance and programme leaders to embed new systems, processes, and ways of working across the organisation.

Leads enterprise capability strategy, skills frameworks, workforce readiness, internal mobility, and capability technology. Translates organisational strategy into capability priorities, identifies skills gaps and risks using data, advises senior leaders, shapes development initiatives, and governs investments to improve organisational performance, resilience, and agility. The role operates through influence and collaboration across People & Culture, business leaders, learning teams, and external partners.

Leads the enterprise-wide leadership, performance and talent strategy. Owns frameworks for leadership standards, performance management, talent identification, succession and leadership pipeline development. Uses organisational psychology, behavioural science, workforce data and diagnostics to guide decisions and measure impact. Oversees leadership development, coaching, executive hiring governance and performance technology adoption while partnering with senior leaders and People and Culture teams to promote fair, evidence-based and sustainable organisational performance.
