Teams at The Crossing

Lead and develop the Music Team across multiple campuses, plan and execute worship music for weekend services and events, produce and contribute new music/demos, train staff and volunteers, manage Planning Center assets, and regularly lead worship vocally or instrumentally while supporting broader programming leadership.

Manage and lead bookstore volunteers to create a welcoming environment, recruit/train/schedule volunteers, coordinate pop-up bookstores and inventory needs, liaise with pastoral and campus staff for resource requests, attend monthly staff meetings, and perform other duties to support spiritual growth through bookstore resources.

Lead weekend teaching as a primary preaching voice (starting at ~15 weekends/year), partner with the Lead Pastor on strategic and pastoral oversight, develop and coach other teaching pastors, shape sermon series and weekend planning, serve on Leadership and Spiritual Oversight Teams, and help advance the churchs growth blueprint.
