Lead and manage all technical production for the Mid Rivers campus: oversee volunteers, plan and run weekend services, classes, and events, create screen content and lighting designs, schedule staff/contractors, provide Level 1 A/V/L support, and coordinate maintenance and inventory with Systems Team.

Lead and develop the Music Team across multiple campuses, plan and execute worship music for weekend services and events, produce and contribute new music/demos, train staff and volunteers, manage Planning Center assets, and regularly lead worship vocally or instrumentally while supporting broader programming leadership.

Manage and lead bookstore volunteers to create a welcoming environment, recruit/train/schedule volunteers, coordinate pop-up bookstores and inventory needs, liaise with pastoral and campus staff for resource requests, attend monthly staff meetings, and perform other duties to support spiritual growth through bookstore resources.
