Provide strengths-based, client-centered case management, job readiness coaching, supervision, and substance/mental health education to justice-involved women in a residential work-release program. Coordinate with community justice staff, support reentry into the community, maintain professional boundaries, and document client progress.

Provide comprehensive case management for adults in residential behavioral health: conduct intakes, develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinate with treatment providers and community resources, and deliver direct client support under program supervision.

Provide strengths-based, client-centered case management, job development, supervision, and support to justice-involved men in a residential work-release program. Help clients maintain recovery, secure employment, and reintegrate into the community while coordinating with Community Justice staff, documenting progress, and maintaining professional boundaries.
