Provides individual, family, and group clinical services and case management to pregnant and parenting women with substance use or co-occurring disorders. Collaborates with medical, employment, housing, and educational community partners; supports clients in the community; and provides consultation to the Women's REACH team. Moderate travel is required for client services, meetings, and training.

Provides direct client care and comprehensive case management for adults re-entering the community after incarceration. Conducts intake assessments, develops and implements individual care plans, coordinates with treatment providers and community resources, and supports employment, long-term housing, and substance- and crime-free living goals. The role also supports rehabilitation and successful community reintegration within a supportive housing program.

Provides strengths-based, client-centered case management, job development, structure, supervision, and reentry support to justice-involved women in a residential work release program. Supports rehabilitation, education, recovery, mental health, job readiness, and successful community reintegration while maintaining professional boundaries and compassionate client relationships.
