Directs organization-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, reporting, and budget maintenance in Sage Intacct. Provides financial insights and dashboards to senior leadership, supports fiscal policy compliance, collaborates with department leaders on budget planning and expenditure monitoring, and assists with financial statements, rolling forecasts, board reporting, and special projects.

Supports out-of-school-time programs by creating and delivering interdisciplinary, hands-on, project-based enrichment activities and homework assistance for K–8 students. Ensures children’s safety, well-being, inclusion, and developmental growth; collaborates with colleagues and families; participates in staff meetings and training; and maintains compliance with program and childcare regulations.

Provides care, supervision, mentorship, and academic enrichment for children ages 5–14 in after-school and summer programs. Responsibilities include planning project-based lessons, promoting safety and social-emotional growth, maintaining health and emergency records, supporting families and staff, attending meetings and training, and completing required certifications and background checks.

Supports afterschool and summer programs by creating safe, engaging environments for children, encouraging participation, mentoring youth, assisting with health and safety records, attending meetings and training, and supporting site leadership with program tasks.
