Maintains full program capacity, supports billing and attendance processes, performs quality control, resolves parent payment issues, and provides backup front desk and phone support. Requires confidentiality, accurate data entry, strong communication, customer service, math, and organizational skills.

Directs organization-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, reporting, and budget maintenance in Sage Intacct. Provides financial insights and dashboards to senior leadership, supports fiscal policy compliance, collaborates with department leaders on budget planning and expenditure monitoring, and assists with financial statements, rolling forecasts, board reporting, and special projects.
