Provides administrative and customer service support by managing enrollment slots, completing intake and reassessment paperwork, coordinating appointments, tracking absences, maintaining records, communicating with DCF, and backing up the Program Director. The role also includes phone coverage and general office tasks. This is a temporary, full-time position requiring strong computer, communication, math, organizational, and customer service skills.

Supports out-of-school-time programs by creating and delivering interdisciplinary, hands-on, project-based enrichment activities and homework assistance for K–8 students. Ensures children’s safety, well-being, inclusion, and developmental growth; collaborates with colleagues and families; participates in staff meetings and training; and maintains compliance with program and childcare regulations.

Provides care, supervision, mentorship, and academic enrichment for children ages 5–14 in after-school and summer programs. Responsibilities include planning project-based lessons, promoting safety and social-emotional growth, maintaining health and emergency records, supporting families and staff, attending meetings and training, and completing required certifications and background checks.
