Responsibilities include customer outreach, prospect conversion using Salesforce, vehicle valuation and price negotiation, pipeline development, competitor and market research, stakeholder relationship building, customer service, and coordinating photography and viewings. The role includes training and collaboration with the wider consignments team, with progression toward a full-cycle consignor position.

Manage end-to-end auction consignment processes, build and maintain relationships with sellers and collectors, research collectible car values and market trends, negotiate sale terms, handle administration and photography coordination, use Salesforce to track consignments and customers, and represent the brand at external events while collaborating with the wider team to drive revenue.
