The Consignment Specialist will manage the auction process, build client relationships, research market trends, and drive new business opportunities using Salesforce.

Sources and develops high-quality collectible car consignments for auction. Responsibilities include customer outreach, prospect conversion using Salesforce, vehicle valuation and price negotiation, pipeline development, competitor and market research, stakeholder relationship building, customer service, and coordinating photography and viewings. The role includes training and collaboration with the wider consignments team, with progression toward a full-cycle consignor position.

Serve as a key contact throughout the auction process, managing consignments from pre-sales through post-sales. Build client relationships, generate new business, research collectible vehicle values, negotiate sale terms, coordinate photography, and maintain accurate Salesforce records. Support revenue growth, attend external automotive and watch events, and deliver excellent service to buyers and sellers across Europe.
