Manage group sales and events for The Cloudveil (Jackson, WY) and Crystal Creek's Boston hotel. Handle lead distribution, group room blocks, partnerships, pre-arrival arrangements for luxury consortia guests, on-property activations, event programming, proposals, contracts, site visits, and client communications to drive bookings and relationships.

Greet and assist arriving and departing guests, handle luggage and valet vehicle retrieval/parking, track packages and valeted vehicles, maintain lobby and garage cleanliness, answer phone/email, use package tracking systems (MGS & GXP), follow brand service standards, and perform other guest-service and light maintenance tasks. Must lift up to 75 lbs and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Support the Chief Engineer by supervising and executing maintenance, managing staff and schedules, ensuring building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration) operate safely, overseeing preventative maintenance and repairs, controlling costs and inventory, enforcing safety and compliance, training staff, and supporting high-quality guest experiences and capital projects.
