Supervise a production line of 10–15 personnel, ensure product quality, direct workflow to maximize efficiency, operate packaging and material-handling equipment, scan and track inventory, maintain supplies and cleanliness, communicate with supervisors, and work overtime or scheduled days off as required.

Sell Class Produce Group products to new and existing customers through field visits and relationship-building. Manage orders, submit accurate documentation, track activity and competitive data, meet sales goals using consultative techniques, and resolve customer issues. Split work between office and client sites with regular regional travel.

Lead and manage the produce sales team to drive revenue growth, set and execute sales strategy, develop customer relationships, pursue new opportunities, monitor performance and competition, resolve customer issues, and coordinate cross-functionally while reporting activity and results.
