Selects and prepares bulk produce orders per pick sheet: inspects quality, sorts by size/color, removes defects, scans inventory, operates pallet jack, stacks pallets, moves and loads orders, maintains cleanliness and safety, and assists packing/feeding tasks.

Maintain DOT compliance and safety records for trucking operations: driver qualification files, medical and license expirations, drug testing tracking, hours-of-service, accident reporting, fuel tickets, payroll data entry, and support safety, dispatch, and administrative tasks.

Lead and manage the produce sales team to drive revenue growth, set and execute sales strategy, develop customer relationships, pursue new opportunities, monitor performance and competition, resolve customer issues, and coordinate cross-functionally while reporting activity and results.
