Evaluate first-year college applications holistically, assessing academic achievement, extracurricular involvement, essays, recommendations, personal qualities, and campus potential. Contribute written evaluations to a collaborative admissions review process while protecting sensitive applicant information and following institutional and federal guidelines. This temporary remote role requires California residency, 30–35 hours weekly, weekday availability during designated reading periods, and participation in training.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Career Development Office, including executive assistance, event logistics, budgeting, purchasing, vendor coordination, travel, and office management. Collects, analyzes, and reports institutional and student engagement data through dashboards and impact reports. Supports staff training, communications, social media, and special projects while maintaining accurate records, confidentiality, and effective customer service.

Provides executive leadership for alumni, family, volunteer, constituent experience, and institutional events programs. Develops engagement strategies aligned with institutional and campaign goals, oversees major events and external partnerships, builds volunteer and philanthropic pathways, manages budgets and teams, and uses data and CASE Alumni Engagement Metrics to assess impact. Collaborates across Advancement and the College to strengthen affinity, participation, belonging, donor engagement, and lifelong relationships.

Leads day-to-day operations and strategic growth of Pomona College’s life-income gift planning program. Advises teams and high-net-worth donors on charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, tax and estate planning, and blended gifts. Oversees proposals, agreements, compliance, processing, stewardship, communications, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Investments, Legal, Advancement Services, and external advisors. Supports campaign goals, donor cultivation, solicitation, and staff development.

The Graduate Assistant will assist with career counseling, advising, event planning, workshops, and employer relations under the guidance of the Director of Career Education and Advising.

The Director of Complex Assets leads and grows Pomona College's legacy giving program, cultivating significant gifts from donors and managing a dedicated team while promoting collaboration and strategic fundraising goals.

The Curator of Native American and Indigenous Art will manage collections, conduct research, organize exhibitions, teach, and engage with tribal partners and audiences.
