Provide administrative and clerical support to the Mathematics department including scheduling, budget and grant administration, student database maintenance, event coordination, faculty support, supervising student employees, webpage maintenance, and handling confidential records. Serve as liaison with college offices and manage office systems, supplies, and basic IT/software issues.

The Graduate Assistant will assist with career counseling, advising, event planning, workshops, and employer relations under the guidance of the Director of Career Education and Advising.

The Director of Complex Assets leads and grows Pomona College's legacy giving program, cultivating significant gifts from donors and managing a dedicated team while promoting collaboration and strategic fundraising goals.
