Lead and manage online instructors for a Portuguese Software Development program, coordinate curriculum improvements, teach online courses, ensure teaching quality, mentor staff, and support program growth and alignment with academic standards.

Provide one-on-one and group instruction and coaching to missionaries using approved curriculum, plan lessons, monitor online participation, assess language proficiency, role-play outreach, report progress to leadership, and assist with training initiatives and temporary MTC duties.
