Leads large commercial construction projects from planning through warranty, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, bidding, contracts, subcontractors, vendors, client communications, project documentation, and change orders. Builds and mentors high-performing teams, coordinates estimating and planning services, establishes trade scopes and expectations, and resolves project issues while maintaining safety, quality, labor, and reporting objectives.

Lead development, monitoring, and updating of integrated construction schedules; perform CPM, time-impact and delay analyses; prepare time and cost claims. Collaborate with project teams, cost analysts, and executives to identify schedule risks, implement scheduling processes and tools, provide training, and document lessons learned for portfolio reporting and optimization.
