The Controller establishes financial controls, oversees accounting operations, and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting. Responsibilities include monthly close, financial statements, cash projections, work-in-process reporting, tax returns, audits, fixed assets, accounts payable, compliance, and management analysis. The role mentors accounting staff, coordinates with external CPAs, supports multiple entities, and leads various financial and tax-related audits. Local and occasional overnight travel may be required.

Provides Tier 1/2 technical support and independently administers Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, Group Policy, and network infrastructure. Diagnoses endpoint, identity, collaboration, application, and connectivity issues; supports jobsite and office technology deployments; manages user onboarding, offboarding, hardware, inventory, and documentation; and mentors junior specialists. The role requires strong service-management practices, occasional travel, and extended or weekend hours as needed.

Lead development, monitoring, and updating of integrated construction schedules; perform CPM, time-impact and delay analyses; prepare time and cost claims. Collaborate with project teams, cost analysts, and executives to identify schedule risks, implement scheduling processes and tools, provide training, and document lessons learned for portfolio reporting and optimization.

Support construction project financials by preparing cost projections, reconciliations, invoices, and payment processing; maintain contract and insurance documentation; assist project managers and corporate accounting tasks; serve as contractor point-of-contact; manage project startup and closeout financial activities.
