Support construction project teams by maintaining project financial records, processing owner and trade contractor invoices, managing budgets and change orders, ensuring contract and insurance compliance, preparing project financial reports, and assisting with project close-out and risk management.

Lead regional preconstruction and estimating services: develop project strategies, prepare and verify estimates and GMPs, manage estimating staff, maintain costing database, support sales and subcontractor pricing, mitigate risk, and mentor the team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Lead large-scale commercial construction projects: supervise and develop project teams, define scope and schedules, manage budgets and change orders, coordinate subcontractors and bids, communicate with owners/architects, oversee project documentation, and ensure contractual and safety compliance.
