Lead and manage the MEP department overseeing personnel, processes, project financials, proposals, estimating, buyout/contract execution, training, business development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver large-scale construction projects.

Lead planning, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, risk and change management for large mechanical construction projects. Serve as client contact, coordinate design and trade contractors, enforce safety/compliance, manage reporting and inspections, and provide on-site leadership to meet project goals.

Lead regional construction safety efforts across multiple job sites in the DC Metro area. Provide safety leadership to project teams, develop and implement safety policies and training, conduct inspections and incident investigations, ensure OSHA/MIOSHA compliance, support mobilization with safety documentation, and liaise with regulators and insurers to minimize incidents and citations.
