Provides Tier 1/2 technical support and independently administers Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, Group Policy, and network infrastructure. Diagnoses endpoint, identity, collaboration, application, and connectivity issues; supports jobsite and office technology deployments; manages user onboarding, offboarding, hardware, inventory, and documentation; and mentors junior specialists. The role requires strong service-management practices, occasional travel, and extended or weekend hours as needed.

Supports construction project teams by preparing and organizing documents, reports, contracts, invoices, safety records, submittals, RFIs, and project communications. Coordinates meetings, visitors, deliveries, site supplies, collaboration technology, and project closeout materials. Maintains filing systems, contractor information, compliance documentation, and administrative inventory while assisting project managers, engineers, superintendents, and regional administrative teams.

Manage large-scale commercial construction projects from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, budgets, bids, subcontract agreements, change orders, risk, safety, owner communications, trade contractor relations, and project reporting. The role leads project teams, coordinates planning services, supports business development, and ensures contractual and quality requirements are met. Work is primarily on-site in the Detroit region, with extended hours, weekends, and occasional long-distance or overnight travel.
