Lead large commercial construction projects by directing project teams, managing budgets/schedules/changes, coordinating owners/architects/subcontractors, overseeing bids and subcontract scopes, enforcing safety, supporting business development, and ensuring timely project documentation from planning through warranty.

Manage electrical construction project documentation, procurement, RFIs, inspections, billing, and punch lists. Support the Project Manager by tracking schedules, overseeing material tracking and submittals, and ensuring project close-out and compliance.

Support Project Manager and Superintendent on electrical construction projects: manage project documentation, subcontracts, billing, RFIs, submittals, inspections, punch lists, change management, quality monitoring, and project close-out. Primarily site-based with local and occasional overnight travel.
