Processes accounts payable transactions, invoices, vendor payments, employee expenses, credit cards, and cash-related activities. Maintains vendor records, performs reconciliations, supports month-end close and audits, ensures accurate coding and internal-control compliance, resolves payment issues, prepares reports, and identifies process improvements. The role works with vendors, employees, internal departments, and finance leadership while managing confidential financial information and meeting payment deadlines.

Designs, builds, and maintains reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. Works with analysts to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data. Requires advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Power Query, plus hands-on experience with business intelligence tools. Knowledge of NetSuite ERP, NSPB, or MIP Fund Accounting is beneficial.

Monitor facility security and access, conduct searches, observe live footage, admit authorized persons, and support the Integrated Treatment Model while promoting a therapeutic, nonjudgmental environment for at-risk youth.
