Performs hospital screening and developmental assessments for newborns and children up to age five, determines eligibility, connects families to services, conducts home visits, liaises with hospitals and partners, and maintains timely documentation and data entry. Supervise and provide clinical leadership for staff serving victims of domestic violence and their children. Oversee intake, risk assessments, safety planning, counseling, case management, documentation, fiscal management, community partnerships, and compliance. Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development for team members, interns, and volunteers.
