Coordinates Healthy Beginnings services for families with children from birth to age five. Conducts developmental screenings and assessments, determines eligibility, provides parental education, and connects families with early intervention and community resources. Responsibilities include home visits, community-based appointments, outreach, workshops, referrals, follow-up, and accurate case documentation. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m. schedule throughout Palm Beach County.

Provides developmental screening and assessment services for children through age five and their families. Interprets assessment data, identifies risks and needs, recommends services, conducts home and community visits, accommodates evening and weekend appointments, and documents Healthy Beginnings Program activities, referrals, and visits.

Conducts developmental screenings and assessments for mothers, babies, children, and families; interprets results; recommends services; coordinates referrals; and serves as a liaison among hospitals, families, supervisors, and community partners. The role includes home and community visits, data entry, documentation, and flexible evening or weekend appointments. Bilingual English/Spanish communication and local travel are required.
