Prepares resident meals and trays according to menu selections and dietary orders. Records meal attendance, posts menus, monitors food and equipment temperatures, follows health department food-handling regulations, maintains food storage, and resets dining areas. Provides courteous service to residents and collaborates with team members. Requires flexible scheduling, including weekends, basic reading, writing, and math skills, and dietary, serving, or medical education or experience.

Supervise clinical teams (RNs, CNAs, healthcare staff) on assigned shifts, oversee resident care and staff performance, support scheduling and coaching, ensure CPR/AED readiness and geriatric-focused clinical practice. Part-time, 2nd shift, every other weekend.

Lead sales and marketing to achieve occupancy for Independent Living at a Life Plan Community. Manage and coach a sales team, generate qualified leads via digital and traditional marketing, plan events and presentations, build community and referral partnerships, analyze market trends and sales performance, and ensure consistent brand messaging while collaborating with executive leadership.

Provide direct nursing care to assisted living and memory support residents: assess, treat, evaluate, document care, and collaborate with the care team. Support geriatric residents, follow state/federal regulations, and use electronic health records. Flexible part-time day and night shifts with opportunities for growth and training.
