Lead sales and marketing to achieve occupancy for Independent Living at a Life Plan Community. Manage and coach a sales team, generate qualified leads via digital and traditional marketing, plan events and presentations, build community and referral partnerships, analyze market trends and sales performance, and ensure consistent brand messaging while collaborating with executive leadership.

Lead and manage Assisted Living and Memory Support operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, high-quality resident care, staffing, budgeting, and program development. Oversee assessments, care planning, admissions, memory-support programming, staff hiring/training, quality assurance, and participation in state surveys and on-call support.

Provide resident assessment, care, treatment, and evaluation in an assisted living/memory support setting. Work collaboratively as an LPN on part-time day and evening shifts, support geriatric residents, follow state and federal healthcare regulations, and use electronic health record systems (PointClickCare).
