Processes weekly and biweekly construction payroll, reconciles payroll systems, cash transactions, and GL accounts, and prepares certified payroll reports. Maintains multi-state tax and Davis-Bacon compliance, supports audits, reviews subcontractor filings, assists with employee onboarding, and addresses payroll inquiries with HR and operations.

Supports the HR team with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, HRIS data entry, background checks, benefits administration, compliance documentation, employee engagement, reporting, offboarding, employee inquiries, research, and general administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

The Corporate Safety Director manages safety programs across business units, promotes a safety culture, and oversees compliance on construction projects.
