Supports monthly P&L reporting, variance analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial package preparation. Maintains Excel spreadsheets, dashboards, and financial models; tracks performance metrics, investigates discrepancies, supports compliance with internal policies, and collaborates with accounting, operations, and departmental leaders. The role requires a finance-related bachelor's degree, 1–2 years of relevant experience, advanced Excel proficiency, and knowledge of GAAP.

Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic at intersections, events, and other managed locations. Set up and remove signs, cones, and barricades; communicate directions using verbal instructions and hand signals; assess traffic-control needs; and identify or remove hazards to protect people and property.

Supervises event parking employees, delegates assignments, ensures staff follow standard operating procedures, safeguards event cash, monitors parking lots and employee posts, and coordinates parking equipment placement and retrieval. The role includes training, timekeeping, operational oversight, customer-direction support, and working outdoors in varied weather while standing for extended periods.
