Supports pupils’ educational, social, emotional, and behavioral development under the direction of teachers and SEN leadership. Delivers one-to-one and small-group instruction, assists with individual and behavior support plans, monitors progress, maintains pupil records, and supports classroom activities. The role also includes incident reporting, displays, administrative tasks, lunch duties, meetings, training, and promoting health, safety, equality, and inclusive learning.
