Welcomes visitors and callers, manages reception and post, and provides administrative and practical support to HR, Finance, Training, Fundraising, meetings, events, rooms, supplies, and general Support Services operations.

Leads secondary school provision, coordinating teaching and learning, curriculum quality, pupil progress, behaviour, staff development, assessment, and pastoral support. The role supports the Headteacher with school vision, policy, improvement planning, performance management, resource deployment, governance liaison, community partnerships, and compliance with educational guidance. It also oversees secondary-school operations, transition arrangements, educational visits, staff induction, and collaboration with families, agencies, governors, and other schools.
